PP Glass Fiber Reinforced CompositePP+GF-15%~50%

PP+GF-15%~50%
Feature
  • Stepped Strength Enhancement: Tensile strength and flexural rigidity increase significantly as glass fiber content increases (15%–50%)
  • High Heat & Load Resistance: Significantly elevates Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT), maintaining structural integrity under high heat and heavy load
  • Ultra-High Dimensional Precision: Very low and stable molding shrinkage rate, reducing thermal expansion coefficient and preventing warpage
  • High Creep & Fatigue Resistance: Interwoven microscopic glass fiber framework prevents permanent deformation under prolonged stress
  • Premier Choice for Metal Replacement: High glass fiber loadings (e.g. 40%–50%) match engineering plastics and metals in stiffness—the optimal solution for lightweighting
  • Customizable Colors: Professional color-matching specialists available to discuss and customize any color requirement
Description

This series consists of high-performance composite polypropylene reinforced with 15% to 50% short glass fiber (PP-GF Series). Glass fibers create a high-strength rigid framework within the polymer matrix, significantly improving tensile strength, flexural modulus, and high-temperature deformation resistance (substantially increasing HDT). Products maintain superior structural stability and creep resistance under high temperature and sustained stress loads.
We offer full loading options of 15%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 45%, and 50%, enabling flexible selection based on structural strength, heavy load, and lightweighting needs. Widely used in automotive front-end structural modules, radiator supports/frames, engine compartment load-bearing components, structural fan blades, washing machine tubs/structural parts, high-strength power tool housings, high-pressure water pumps, and industrial valve fittings.
Our company equips professional color-matching personnel; all color requirements can be flexibly discussed and customized.
